This dynamic, music-driven vinyasa class is held in our velvety, half-lit flow room. The dimmed environment creates a protective, deeply enveloping cocoon designed to melt away outside distractions and heighten your senses.

Each class moves from guided breakdowns into full flow – giving you the structure, then the space to truly own your flow.

Open level. Due to the dynamic nature of this class, a basic understanding of yoga is recommended. If you are completely new to yoga, we recommend starting with a few Twi-Light Flow classes first.

For those who want to move with intensity, focus and lose themselves in the flow.

TWI-LIGHT FLOW

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

A softer, music-guided vinyasa yoga flow practiced in in our velvety, half-lit flow room. The dimmed environment creates a protective, deeply enveloping cocoon designed to melt away outside distractions and heighten your senses.

Move with greater clarity, reconnect to the fundamentals and build strength at a slower, more grounded pace.

Pilates & Sculpt Fusion

A fusion of mat pilates-inspired movement and functional training.
